5. Automatic Deletion of Images

All images you upload to the Service are stored on our servers and automatically deleted after 30 days. We reserve the right to delete your images sooner if required by law or if they violate these Terms in any way.

7. Intellectual Property

a) Service Content: All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software (collectively, the "Dating Profiles AI Content"), are the intellectual property of Dating Profiles AI or our licensors.
b) Limited License: Subject to these Terms, Dating Profiles AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

11. Indemnification
